Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's rooms offer nice views and are impeccably clean. I appreciated the great communication regarding special items I requested for the room. However, some amenities were unaccessible, which was a downside.
The hotel's location was stunning, right in downtown with beautiful surroundings. The rooms matched the description on the website, but the area outside had some issues. The service was friendly but slow at times. The dining experience had some pitfalls, but the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel gave me mixed feelings with its convenient Club Suite straight access that I appreciated; however, the room was small and noisy, not matching the value for the money spent. The service stood out with its professional, friendly, and accommodating staff, especially in the rooftop lounge and restaurant. The location was a bit noisy due to street noise but being in the center of Portland had its advantages. The dining experience left a lot to be desired with inconsistent quality and lack of breakfast options.
The hotel had nice views from some of the back rooms, but the size wasn't justified by the cost. The staff were almost rude, particularly in the valet service incident, but some members helped us with dinner reservations and show tickets. The location is excellent, central in Portland and close to shopping, dining, and historical sites, despite lacking some exclusive reservations. The dining experience was lacking with only stale muffins and croissants in the morning. Overall, there are some positive aspects, but some areas need improvement.
The hotel has a superb location in downtown Portland, making it accessible to anywhere you'd like to go. The rooms are roomy, clean, and wonderfully decorated, but the bathroom facilities could be improved. The service in the Club Suite was excellent, with attentive staff waiting on us hand and foot. However, the dining options were disappointing, consisting of stale muffins and croissants with nothing else to accompany them.
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of downtown with great shopping opportunities nearby. The rooms are pleasant, though not spectacular, and come with a huge bathroom, but the small bath tub and shower might disappoint. The service, priced at $50/night, is friendly, responsive, and worth it, despite a slight hiccup with a drink order. The location is very central and convenient, perfect for walking to restaurants and shops, although the area outside the hotel can be a bit run down and crowded. Dining options were limited, with basic breakfast choices available. Overall, a good but not great experience.
